NWR: Staying in a hotel cause of weather...

Ok, So I'm currently staying in a hotel because of tomorrow's nasty weather. Flooding is a big problem near me because of all the snow (I'm up north, poughkeepsie area). Also, I live 1hr away from where I work and I'm being OBSERVED tomorrow!! Am I stupid for staying in a hotel? Should I have just driven tomorrow morning (in a wintery mix) and saved the money?? I always do this but I feel stupid staying, but I don't want to miss work (I need this teaching job!). Would you do this if you were in my situation??

Sorry for the long rant...just need some justification... Thanks

Yes I would definitely! Especially with the observation tomorrow! Good luck!

You are doing the right thing. You don't need the added stress if something went wrong during your commute.

GOOD LUCK TOMORROW!!!!!!

I would have stayed as well. It's better than being stressed in the morning about getting to work on time
