NWR Suing the city???
So here's an interesting question u might be able to answer or maybe had a similar issue in the past...
We drove over a huge *** pothole yesterday and blew two tires, which ended up costing $250 to repair!!!!!!
The hole was huge and right in the middle of the intersection and we were driving fairly slow cuz the light just changed. Also because the pothole was right under a manhole it wasn't very visible!
So can we sue the city or like make a claim to get reimburse for the money we lost cuz it was totally not our fault, it's not like we drove over nails or glass!!!!!??
