NWR: Summer Job Opportunity in Little Neck PERFECT for teachers and others with school-year jobs!

Hi all!

At my new job we run an autism summer respite program, basically an after school/after camp program for children and teens on the autism spectrum. The program runs 5 days/week from about 2pm-5pm and right now we are looking for group heads which is people with a college degree and experience or interest in working with children and teens with disabilities. You would be responsible for a room of approx. 10 children or teens, with 2-3 other staff members. Duties include some programming, activity supervision, conflict management, modeling and encouraging social skills development, etc. The pay is pretty good too!
