I just wanted to complain for a minute that I have really bad sunburn and it hurts and its hot but I am freezing cold.
I went to the beach Sat and used SPF 30. I thought I grabbed the bottle FH and I just bought recently noooo I grabbed a bottle that apparently was a million years old bc it expired in 2009 needless to say, it did not work lol

Re: NWR - Sunburnt... again
Oh no :( I have gotten a few pretty bad burns so I totally understand. To take out the sting a little bit, get a bowl of boiling water and soak tea bags in it. Allow the tea to steep (the strong the better) and let the tea completely cool. Then take a wash cloth and soak it in the tea and lay it on the skin thats burned. When the washcloth gets warm, ring it out into the sink and then put the washcloth back in the tea and repeat. It sounds crazy, but it really does take some of the sting out! And then lots and lots of aloe to prevent it getting too itchy and peeling too much!

Oh no! Feel better.
I actually just made a post about sun burn a few weeks ago. I was at FH's softball game and got extremely burnt on my face. It blistered and everything. A few of the girls on here were kind enough to post some remedies... see if any of them are helpful to you.
Cold compresses & showers will help take the heat out. Also, make sure you use pure aloe and not anything with alcohol in it - alcohol dries out the skin and makes peeling/itchiness worse.

That sucks! What worked really for me was a cream used on pets called animax. Healed up so quickly. A vet actually recommended it to me.

Sunburns are the worst!! I always put on lots of aloe to help the burn and lotion for the peeling.
