Re: NWR: Teachers,

work in the garden, read at the beach, spend 2 weeks on vacation, drink, eat seafood, visit friends along the eastern seaboard, do yoga, bum around w/ fellow teacher friends, eat sandwiches @ sundown w/ FH from time to time, catch up on cleaning projects around the house...i love summer i can't wait!

you don't mean for work, do you? i don't do that if i can help it.

I meant for work, but your ideas sound much better.

Re: NWR: Teachers,

I used to work at Saf-T-Swim, but now I don't so I do private lessons in the summer. 1/2 hr. in the morning, around my schedule and then the whole day is mine! I usually only work about 2 days a week for a couple of hours and they usually always pay cash. I used to charge $30.00 1/2 an hour but this year I am going to have to raise my prices.

Re: NWR: Teachers,

I posted this in BHB but I work. The money is too good to turn up and I teach at a good school so we dont have any crazy kids for the summer.

Re: NWR: Teachers,

I'm not a teacher, but my friend is and she's temps as an admin assistant.

One year she actually stayed with one company all summer because she just kept filling in for each secretary as they went on vacation.
