I am currently a 6th grade teacher in a Catholic school... i just found out I may not have my job come Spet due to registation
Ok nothing like finding out now with a wedding on the way!
Was wondering if any of my fellow teachers know of any openings anywhere on LI, Queens, Brooklyn or the city???
Anything you know if would be appreciated.

Okay ladies, take a deep breath...are you both certified? What about the NYC DOE? Things go crazy and all the principals scramble for teachers in Aug. You have time...it will all work out!!!

Hi hun. We actually need a 6th grade teacher in StAnselms where I work. We are definitely open for another year and they are signing on two so if you want a definite job for another year you will have it there...

This makes me nervous about switching careers. Im in accounting but going to school for teaching. I hear it's hard to find a teaching job these days, at least in a good school and area.

its the catholic schools. For some reason (My fh works for the diocese) they care less and less about the education as they do the money...its sad really.... but thats life aye?

Thanks for all the support girls.... i hope it all works out too... the Catholic School system ***** but it pays a somewhat decent salary so i cant complain too much!
