You guys are making me want to order it! I just know that it's hard to exercise in my studio...but maybe I'll have more room in our 1 BR when FH and I move in together in a few months!

For those of you who use the video, is it more standing up or lying down exercises?

The only laying down is the crunches.

do you need free weights to start on level one? I actually just got a copy off amazon.com for $8 with shipping incl.

Yeah you would need weights and a matt if you have a hard floor... I got my weights at target they were pretty cheap. I got 5lb weights and at first they were too heavy for me.. (SAD i know!!!)

Actually in levels two and three there are many many positions in which you are either lying down or in your plank or push up position. I understand the need for space. I move my coffee table every morning at 6am in order to work out in my living room!

Anyone who is thinking of ordering this should check the exercise in demand channel.... I saw it on there once or twice.

Re: NWR: The 30 Day Shred.....

I did it 3 days a week for 4-5 months and def noticed a big difference, I alternated this video with Jackie Warners 'one on one' work out so I was working out mon-fri...and I lost about 6-7 lbs and got toned. Then I had surgery in September and was on bed rest for two months and gained some weight back...I need to get the motivation to start it up again. But I'm sooo lazy....It really is a good workout b/c you feel stronger and have more energy, I was actually doing push ups!!!
