The best thing is imporving a person's quality of life, but this is also the hardest as that takes a lot of time!!

I have flex hours, so no matter what time i come in as long as i work 8 hours.

1) I have flex hours and pretty much can come and go as I want
2) I dont have to get dressed up for work- can wear jeans and sneakers
3) I love what I do! Not many people can say that

Kidding...I think the best thing about my job is watching the light bulb finally go on for some of these kids or the warm fuzzy feeling they can give you from time to time.

My job isn't as rewarding:
The best thing about my job is the sunglasses. I have a whole lot of Versace, Dolce and Gabbana etc. We get a great discount at sunglass hut lol.

Flex/comp time Casual attire (jeans and boots) 5 minutes from my house Not sitting at a desk all day
BUT...I have the opposite of Adriana. My kids are currently in foster care waiting to either go home or be adopted. It's heartbreaking to see some kids ask when they'll see their parents again, or the parents who want nothing to do with their kids.

that is great!
the best thing about my job is that: i have a normal 8 hour day (i used to be in a horrible job where i traveled all the time and worked minimum 10 hour days)... and i get to take college classes for free.
