I have flex hours, so no matter what time i come in as long as i work 8 hours.
and its like 5 mins from my apartment
Ditto on this and I only have to work 7 hours

I am also not scrutinized/micromanaged so I can do what I want as long as I make deadlines.
Also, I help protect the environment!
