Anyone getting married soon have stomach problems. And pepto isn't the solution. I seem to be in the bathroom alot. I'm a little nervous, and really excited. 5 days and 4 hours or so. Fh is REALLY nervous. Will this go away the day of?

ETA: I noticed that you posted on this thread a while ago... here it is
I'm fine now.... but when I get REALLY nervouse (probably like the day OF the wedding), I get really bad stomach aches! I know what you mean... I haven't gotten like that in a long time (although I haven't really been nervous in a long time).... Usually, taking medicine doesn't really help, I just have to take deep breaths & kinda relax myself...

My tummy has been killing me lately. I don't think I will be able to eat on my wedding day. I am so scared that if I eat something I will be sick. I will probably just eat some plain bread to fill my stomach. I know what you are going through. They say if you don't want to be in the bathroom eat mashed potatoes. Go easy on the butter though.

I have that problem too but thankfully on my wedding day I was soooo calm that I didnt even have a problem with my stomach. I brought TONS of stuff with me just in case. I have prescription pills for IBS from my doctor. I actually did take one that morning to make sure I was ok.

Thanks. I remeber posting on that thread. My stomach got worse. I can't believe 26 days passed since that. I didn't realize that this is such a common thing.

Try Chamomile tea. It has worked wonders for me.

My FH has this problem and he has been working on meditating......not the whole cross legged eyes closed thing, but just stopping for a minute to focus and calm his mind - which helps him not worry about his stomach. Its been helping a lot!
Congratulations!!

The only thing that works for me is Alka Seltzer morning relief! Try it out before the wedding because it can be kind of burpy but it works like wonders! That and putting some aloe vera juice (which is very good for you) in a glass of water and sipping it.

I wish you a lot of luck. I'm a mess just visiting vendors (very nervous). My fiance got the same feeling when visiting reception locations. I can't imagine how we will feel when the day comes closer.
