NWR: Ticket

I just got my very first ticket today...I've never been pulled over before. Im so upset, I was pulled over for talking on my cell phone. I know, I was wrong. I am buying the headset tomorrow (payday).

Ticket is written to my and my license number is on the ticket. Car is registered to FH..and I am not yet on his insurance. Let's say...HE IS NOT HAPPY ABOUT THIS.

Here's my question:
-Does this count as points on either of our licenses? If yes, I assume on mine--not his.
-Does this affect his insurance?

Does anyone know?
