Can you handwash a sweater that says 'DRY CLEAN ONLY'?
I might do a sweater change, and the sweater I wore to work today is the one I want to wear tomorrow!!! I was so tired this morning, I didn't even think of dropping this off at the dry cleaners and wearing something else!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Dry clean it - after being in the clothing business I can tell u most things that say hand wash needs to be dry cleaned especitally if its any typle of silk blend. It will be ruined if you wash it even by hand...
just hand wash the armpitss with a tiiiiiiiiiiny drop of soap
LOL I don't know if that was a joke or not but it mad me laugh.
I would hand wash it.. I've done that before.

i do it allll the time. Wash on the gentle cycle with cold water only and with woolite. Works EVERY time! I wash pretty much all 'dry clean only' things except for lined suits / jackets / dresses.
