NWR: to the runners out there

So I just started running again a few weeks ago and I am constantly getting side stitches/cramps early on in the run. What am I doing wrong? breathing wrong, splinting? I'm only doing 2-3 miles so its not like I'm training for a marathon. It makes me have to stop because its painful. Any tips?? Thanks

Make sure you stretch and are very hydrated before a run. Also if you started running, your body has to get use to it. When I first started, I would get cramps but I kept going until they disappeared.

It sounds like dehydration. Drink before and after you run and make sure you stretch.
