NWR: Ugg boots

Do you wear yours with socks? I bought the short ones. I wear them inside of my jeans (I know they should go on the outside) I have been wearing them for a few days and my socks keep falling down. Does not matter what kind think or thin. I called Nordstrom and they told me they are not meant to be worn with socks. So I was wondering if anyone else wears them with socks. TIA

i do not wear socks at all with my uggs. I like the way the fur feels on my toes.

I wear them socks. It makes my feet feel extra cozy. My socks never fall and I wear the ankle kind. I dont know if its cause I have the Cardy's. I never had the regular Uggs.

You aren't supposed to wear socks with them. The fur is meant to regulate the temp. of your feet and it won't work with socks!

And my DH made me promise never to tuck my pants into them.....

same here i have the cardys and wear them with socks because my feet are super freezing. ive never had a problem with my socks slipping...and i wear all diff socks. my socks actually get stuck in the shoes when i try to take them off ; )

generally though...they say uggs are not meant to be worn with socks.

Thanks girls I think I have to return them anyway I am wearing them now without socks and they are a little to big so I think I am going to go maybe with a 7.5.

i don't like the feel of the boots against bare feet. i wear thin high socks, i got most of them from the gap.

Are they the regular Uggs? They do tend to run bigger. I bought my right size in the Cardy's though.

They are meant to be worn with bare feet..I do both..I kind of like that they can be worn without socks..it feels nice and I just heard that you van get a replacement sole for them...
Also they run big. I wear a size 8 and I buy a size 6 in them..they need to be snug...maybe that is why your feets are sliding and the socks are coming off.

I love wearing mine without socks, they do run big tho! Mine are 1/2 size smaller than my regular size. I do love wearing them with tucked in skinny jeans tho!

hahaha mine did too!! he hates the way that looks! lol but i do wear mine with socks but i have the black ones and when i dont wear socks my feet turn black!!
