NWR: UGH & EWW!

We just recently moved, and to come to our wonderful surprise, the lady that lives right across from us, looks like she doesn't ever clean her apartment or ever take her pets out. Either way, we've had to buy pet odor block to spray in front of her apartment to try and tame this nasty smell. I just went in the hallway to throw the trash, and noticed she just came back from shopping and since her door was opened (she goes out maybe once a week), the smell is even worst!!! I've tried talking to other people in the bldng about it and everyone says she NEVER goes out. Poor puppies :(

I'm so ready to spray the sh*t out of her!!!

I'm also ready to call 311 and report her.

YUCK!!! I wish she would just keep her door closed.

I'm only noticing it really today because I'm home all day - but this is really annoying me! I'm about to go spray again - and hope that I see her so I can spray her too!!!

OMG, this lady's trying to really annoy me!!! I just went and sprayed the area, go back inside to sit down and I hear spraying noises!!! She just sprayed something too!!!! ***

I've been trying to be nice and not make too big a deal out of it - so I told the super, and he basically made it sound like there's nothing he can do. I'm going to complain to the management company next, and if that doesn't work, I'm going straight to the board. If nobody can help me, I'm calling 311. I refuse to live here, paying money, and having this lady stink it up!

um ... isn't that animal cruelty? you should def report her for those dogs' sake!

ps: i used to work with somebody who reaked of cat urine (he had 25 cats!) so i totally know the horrors you're going through

There was an old lady that lived in our building a few years ago who was absolutely filthy. She had poop stains on the back of her pants everyday and she stunk sooo bad. Well all of a sudden there was an outbreak of roaches in the building!! So management inspected the problem. They went into her apartment and they said it was covered in roaches and filth! She left food out all over the place and never cleaned anything! They said the smell was the worst thing they've ever smelt in their lives!

Needless to say, she was kicked out of the building and her kids had to put her in a senior assisted living home. Once she left the roaches left too. Although, the building still sends an exterminator to spray every 2 weeks to make sure they got them all. It was terrible though!

ugh, good luck! I live in a building that has a mouse problem (due to certain residents) and it got so bad our super had to 'investigate' everyones co-op's to see which residents didn't have clean houses.

Keep doing what you are doing, keep spraying, and calling...hopefully some one will take action soon! Hang in there!
