NWR unemployment benefits

Ok

I left my last job in order to relocate for marriage.

In most states, this allows you to file for benefits ( relocating for marriage)..... However I do not see anything about this in DC ( where I moved from)

Does anyone know anything about this?

Yup

If you quit due to a compelling personal reason, you may be eligible

But it looks like you can do that in NY, but not DC. Sigh
