This weekend FH asked me not to make plans involving him because he's going to be lazy all weekend. So today I went to Target to get our Christmas lights etc. get home to ask him if he could help me put them up today! Just before I asked him (I'm standing over him while he's playing video games) his friend calls and he makes plans to go see her today... all while I'm standing there waiting to ask him!!!!!! It's quarter to 12 and they made plans for 2. Okay, so we have 1 1/2 hours to get lights up, we can do this. I ask him and he flipped out on me!!! And stomps around saying he's hungry and will eat then leave... and tomorrow he might help me. So now I'm all alone trying to put up Christmas lights.... And this is after I went around the house today and made sure everything was ready for the snow, while he was still sleeping..(ie, cover the ac unit, put away our outdoor furniture etc)... I swear he better get a grip on what it means to own a house. I'm so sick of this sh*t.
Sorry, had to vent and had no one to listen to me!

Sorry you had to deal with that!
My FH can be that way. Sometimes he doesn't want to waste a Saturday to go look at houses! He'd rather tinker with his baby(his mustang)!

Yeah guys can be so annoying... I've decided to hang the lights myself we'll see how it looks tonight. I'll take a picture and post it later.

They're alright... I didn't have time to finish them because it was dark out.... I'm PETRIFIED of ladders so it took me a good hour just to get up on it so I could get the windows done.

FH spends more time on Mustang websties and pricing out things he wants to get for it than anything else. Every time i come home there is a price list--
