OK SO APPARENTLY COMMERCE BANK INSTITUTED A NEW RULE!!!!

If you account dips below $100 they charge you$15!!! I WAS DEFINATELY not aware of this....I HAVE OVER $20K linked up in accounts there between wedding fund and CDs!!! I AM LIVID RIGHT NOW!!!!

I have my primary checking account that I've been using just to pay for stuff for my MOH's wedding this year and between that and bills its gotten below $100...not negative, just below $100....FUUUCKING HIT ME FOR OVER $30 SO FAR!!!!!

I JUST WANTED TO INFORM YOU ALL JUST IN CASE YOU DIDNT KNOW!!!

I had the same thing happen to me....said they sent a letter about it -- I don't remember getting anything!

I called them and had it reversed.

I did this too!!

that happened to us. dh called to say we never got a notice. try to call the 800 number to see if they'll refund the fees to u

How wrong is it that they charge people with less than a hundred dollars a giant fee...the world is all wrong...

Yeah I heard of this and it is total BS. What the he!! happened to FREE checking. They never mentioned a min. bal to me either. Geez- I need to go check my account!

I had the same problem and the stupid lady kept trying to calm me down by saying, but now you have no ATM fees. I freaked out even more because I only would go to commerce so I had no fees. So now I am out of $15 a month and for what.
