NWR: VENT - Incompetence!!!! sorry long. UPDATE
I'm a teacher, in order to get my perminent certification i have to make a video of me teaching a lesson.
I ordered the packet over $100 in May. It was almost June and I hadnt recieved it. Called, they sent me another, recieved 1st week of June. The submission deadline is THIS FRIDAY. SO i barely had time to get it done.
Monday I taped a lesson. My camcorder uses the small cassettes. NYS requires the lesson to be on a standard VHS (the large ones), so i had to take it to a camera/video store right after work to get it transfered.
They called me earlier today to say it was ready I asked my sister to please pick it up for me because i wasnt sure that i would get it in time (from work had to go to the hospital because my mom had surgery today- all is well she had her gallbladder removed, going back in a few minutes).
I got home an hour ago and went to get the video, THE IDIOTS RECORDED IT ON A DVD ... I can't send it on DVD and its DUE FRIDAY!!!! THE RECIEPT SAID 'VHS-C to VHS. NOT DVD!!! I was going to overnight it tomorrow AM, first thing. Now im freaking out. My certification expires in Sept, and if i dont get it there im going to have to apply for an extension. So now my dad and I are going to have to figure out how to do it ourselves by hooking up 2 OLD VCRS we have. ARRGG.. IM SOOOOO MAD!!!!!!! Hopefully we can do it ourselves, after i mail it im going there and they better give me a refund. they charged me $33 to do it too!!!![]()

UPDATE: My dad and i hooked up the VHS and got it to work! SO i can mail out the tape!!!! Now i just have to go and get my money back!
