NWR -- VENTING

UGH! I hate when people at work think they can ask me to do every single mundane task just because I am junior to them.

I am working on a huge project at work. And I am explaining to my manager that I am very overwhelmed b/c something that was supposed to be completed by someone else was not, and now I have to do it and then he goes and volunteers me for 3 other things to do all due today! ***!!!!

And its not like I am the most junior person. Come on! Dump some **** on someone else! Its not my fault i am capable of more than others at my level! Do not take advantange of my superior multi-tasking skills...

I'm sorry that really scuks...can you just tell them, 'I'm really sorry, I would love to take on this task, I'm afraid I won't give it the attention that it needs because I have this huge project'?

Awww I hate that

UGH! I tried saying no, I have no capacity. But i am still accountable for it. I have already been living at work all week but now i will probably be living here all weekend now too.
