NWR- very disappointed

NWR- very disappointed

SO my FBIL, eddie, who we all consider to be the sweet innocent one of my FH's younger twin brothers lost his virginity yesterday. He's 21.

I'm really very sad cuz it was to some random girl who he probably will never see again. I just thought he'd have picked someone more meaningful for his first time..... I'm shocked and apalled that he threw it away like that.

::sigh::

What's worse is that FH, was all encouraging him. Way to go! etc.... kinda made me sick that he was being such a pig about it!

he's 21... good for him! unfortunately losing their virginity isn't as big of a deal for guys as it is girls so i wouldn't be too disappointed

i wouldn't worry about it. if thats how he chose to lose his virginity thats his choice.

ITA... and being that he's 21, hes pretty much free to make his own choices... as long as he's not reckless about it... i wouldnt be too worried... i mean he waited till he was 21, thats gotta say something!!!

What's meaningful to us is not always meaningful to men. Be glad he held out to 21! Most guys I know lost it in high school. some had babies at 17, etc. And don't forget, this is a proud moment for men!

Ita, plus he might be annoyed that he had to wait until he was 21. I'm sure his friends were annoying him about it for a while.

try not to be disapointed.
sex doesnt always have to be with someone you love/special.

maybe he got tired of having it 'alone' and wanted to experience it with another person.

btw, ive yet to meet a guy whos lost it to someone special. but it does happen.

I do realize that my thoughts on the subject are different than most as I lost mine at 26, to my boyfriend at the time.

I just don't agree with the idea of wanting to ' get it over with ' . It's one of the reasons I think our society is sooo messed up!!! I hate that it's acceptable to give it out so casually!

I wish he could have been stronger and made it special. I'm trying to prevent more man-whores from breeding!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

wow!
did he say he did it to get it over with?
if thats the case then i can see why you might be disapointed.

but imo i see nothing wrong with being casual about sex. some people are very comfortable with their sexualty that they might need to express it with different partners. is it for everyone? absolutely not. but being labeled as a man-***** or or a ***** might be a little harsh for being casual. love and relationships arent for everyone

ITA to the Nth degree! That would be great if there were less 'players' and 'Man-whhores' in this world, but think about it this way, If there weren't any, how could we learn from our mistakes? IMO, you always need the good AND the bad.
I feel bad about him saying he wanted to get it over with, but again, it's his decision. He probably also wanted the stress of it off his shoulders so he could be level headed when he meets the woman of his dreams.

Honestly....I did it to 'get it over with' and I don't regret my decision at all. I lost it to a guy who was not my boyfriend, but we did have a history.

Mostly I lost it because I was going to Hofstra the next year and was paranoid about getting raped and didn't want to lose my virginity that way....I am a paranoid loser haha.

I think that however someone chooses to loose their own virginity is of no ones concern other than the person loosing it...
