I never take vitamins because I always get nauseous. Do you have a vitamin that you use? I want to try to have kids right away (I will be 32 when we get married) so I want to make sure my body is healthy.

Re: NWR: Vitamin recommendation?
I have always taken Centrum and never had a problem. I did at one point take One A Day and within 5 minutes I would get nauseous and throw up. I know a couple of people this has happened to as well.
As a general rule, I never take a vitamin on an empty stomach. Even taking Centrum, if I take it on an empty stomach I get slightly nauseous but once I eat something I'm fine.
My brother works for Wyeth (now Pfizer) and actually physically makes Centrum... I trust his judgement on everything vitamin/medicine related and he said Centrum is the best to take.

I take 1 Centrum a day and 1 vitamin C a day.
If I take them on an empty stomach they make me nauseous, just make sure to eat something before hand.

Blue Bonnet is the only vitamin brand we trust. Completely natural. I've never had an upset stomach from them, but FH does if he takes them on an empty stomach.
myvitanet.com carries them for the best price, and you can google for coupon codes. I've only seen them in person at Whole Foods, but they're crazy expensive.

I dont' have any vitiman's to recommend, but i would suggest seeing your OBGYN before you start trying (to get preggers), because I've heard of people taking prenatal vitimans before they are pregnant (probably to prepare the body).
