Here's somewhat of a before and after.

The Before is from my sweet 16 (i'm the one on the right)... I actually got heavier, but I dont have a picture online.

The now picture is from March 3rd when we went out for a friends Bday. I'm the one all the way on the left of the picture.

WOW Meg great job ...you look great

Thanks! But in the picture you dont really see my tushy and thighs, where most of my weight is...

But Great Job to You too! I couldnt picture you any heavier until I saw your picture.

Aww Thanks Matilde!!! I am proud of myself for losing that much, but i still want to lose a little bit more. Since i'm short, an extra 15-20 pounds makes a big difference.

I am so jealous of you girls!!!!! I have struggled my whole adult life with my weight. When I met FH I was 60 lbs lighter. It seems no matter how hard I try to lose it, it always comes back + some........

hmmmm are you going on specific diet plans? see thats what i didnt want to do, i didnt want to eat things i would normally not eat and then after i lose the weight i know i would immediately stop...Its hard to stick to some plans for the rest of your life, that is why its better to maybe write down a list of healthy foods you actually wont mind eating. This way you can stick to it after you lose weight...You know what diet though i heard is great, fat smash diet, the nutritionist from the celebrity fit club wrote it...It is actually a realistic diet...and most people will lost about 7-11 pounds a week at first. He says the problem is when you cut out everything and then you still crave it, so he'll suggest eating like a salad for lunch and half a plate of fries...everything is about still have some of your favorite foods but in small portions.

I like this idea. This is great. And I am sure the plate of fries wont do much harm if you do your exercise for the day.

I am going to try this out.

Although i put myself at calorie counts.. i should be able to work it out

Well the problem most people have is sticking to a specific meal plan, i know that was my problem...have you seen some of them, its like half a cup of yogurt, 3 pieces of toast, half a grape fruit and cottage cheese for breakfast, uhmmm give me one thing i can eat not half of a million weird things.

If anything just eat healthy food and you pick out what you eat...i mean when it comes down to it we all know what we should eat and what we shouldn't ya know, its whether we choose to do so that is hard lol

I'm doing the whole calorie count thing too.. But i find it hard to try and figure out how much calories are in something that is home cooked.. Its so much easier to eat a lean cuisine meal and know i'm eating 230 calories But while i LOVE them i dont want to east too many of them a week because there is a lot of sodium and i dont want to retain water.
