NWR-Weight Loss

I am going to start a fb private group, for weight loss. It will be a support group for us to help out eachother and help eachother stay on track. There will be recipes and work out tips posted.. Would anyone be interested in this??

Just so you know the backround i went to join a 90 day challenge and they wanted to charge me $250.00 for the protein shakes and dvd's and im like ahh i cant see spending that for something with the right support i can do on my own..
