Re: NWR - Weight loss during the holidays
basically gonna eat healthy all the time and then on days like thanksgiving and christmas when i do eat a little bit more it wont really make much of a difference...if you eat healthy most of the time and endulge here and there its not bad at all...just cant eat all those type of foods alot lol

it will be hard but i just keep picturing myself in my dress and that is motivating enough....
everything is ok in MODERATION. you can have that stuffing, or that drink but so often our portions get out of control...
im just gonna keep working out hard and drinking water....

you can always try eating a salad or having a healthy soup right before going for thanksgiving dinner. this will help you fill up and make you less hungry at the actual dinner. DO NOT GO TO THANKSGIVING DINNER STARVING!!!
also drink lots of water

Salad and soup def fill you up--have it before you sit down to dinner and you shouldn't be in the mood to eat that much. And dessert---I learned that if you can have it on any day, then it is not worth it--like cookies---you can go anyday to any store and get them, but something like pumpkin pie--you really get to have that, so if you want a slice, have a little one I think that is the best advice someone gave me.

Its HARD. I think I'm just going to suck it up and workout more so I can enjoy some good food.
