Original post by irishsweetheart

Has anyone ever tried dexatrim?

I was thinking about trying it but was wondering what anyone else thought about it.

No pills please!!!!!!!! They claim to be all natural but they are full of caffine and can severely damage your body. A friend of the family suffered a stroke from being on Metabolife. Once a person stops taking pills they will gain the weight they lost back plus more. I highly suggest eating healthy and working out at least 4 times a week.

It can be done!! I lost a little over 30 lbs. since 2005. A couple of people actually asked me 'oh...what do you take...I want to take it too' I got so @GTSS$^%^& offended. It's called hard work and dedication!!!!!!!!!

I have tried them all. You still have to stick to a diet when taking them and it helps to work out. Of course it would be nice just to take the pills and not have to work out or eat right but it doesn't happen. It does speed up your metabolism a little. Nothing works as good as when the pills had the effedra (SP) in them..

yup same here agreed!

I did south beah and going to go back on it. Thought it was great!
