I have been doing WW since January and have lost 25 lbs, which I'm very happy about! I'm actually only 7 lbs away from my goal weight.
Being 5'5', I had to choose a goal weight between 120-150 that I could maintain. I choose 135. Now that I'm only 7 lbs away I feel like that's too much, I still feel 'fat'
Does anyone have experience with changing their goal weight? What happens if you choose a goal weight and then go under it? (I know you're supposed to maintain to be a life time member). Is it too late to switch my goal?
Thanks

Re: NWR: Weight Watchers
I lost close to 40 pounds with weight watchers. I am 5'3' and my goal weight was/is 125. I started out at 148 and went down to 110, my weight definately fluctuates between 113-110. I didn't change my goal weight but still continued to lose due to the same issue that you are experiencing. I felt that I needed to lose a little more. It is easier having a goal weight higher because you can still lose weight and you can you still have that little leway with your weight gain/loss once again due to fluctuation. I hope I helped and it made sense. Good Luck!! If you have any questions just FM me!

Re: NWR: Weight Watchers
Congratulations on the weight loss!! That is incredible! I have lost 14 pounds so far and am planning on losing at least 20 more....my goal weight is 125 as well! I am not doing weight watchers, but I would imagine that they wouldn't have any problem with you changing your amount!

Re: NWR: Weight Watchers
Thanks for your help!!
I think I may wait and see what I look like at 135 then decide if I want to change it.
