NWR-Weight Watchers

Original post by Pinkchick913

So I'm looking to lose about 15lbs by next June. I've done Nutrisystem and lost 12lbs last year but I'm not crazy about the food.

Those who have done WW, in a nutshell how does it work & how expensive is it.....ballpark?

Thanks!

I am a huge fan of WW... started in Feb last year and lost almost 50 lbs... went from a size 12 to a size 4 and I am continuing to lose.

I never really struggled with my weight until these past few years as we all know it piles on lol. I did Nutrisystem a long time ago and I lost about 20 lbs but it was such a waste of money because as soon as I stopped it all came bck.

WW is great because it's not a diet, it's a complete lifestyle change that is actually doable. You learn how you need to eat to meet all of your nutritional needs and how to be satisfied and actually lose weight.

I have a monthly pass and it's 40 dollars a month. I go to meetings every week no matter what, and I find this really helps. I am so close to my goal weight and I can't wait until I can finally start to maintain. I know it sounds like I work for them but I just love them!

Wow, 50lbs, that's great!! Congrats.

Nutrisystem definitely was a little harder because after their food is gone, your stuck doing it yourself. At least with WW it looks like from what you guys have said I can eat anything but my portion size is a huge factor.
