You need the chart from weight watchers, its in the first weeks book....It is usually anywhere from 18-30 points depending on weight...

If you weigh under 150 pounds you are entitled to 20 points.

Re: nwr-weight watchers points
20 points for under 150 is sort of accurate. Read up about the plan if you can...I've been on it for years. The flex points allow you to have an extra 35 points per week to use as you like. For example, I can eat up to 25 a day (i'm under 150) and i'll lose weight. Or i'll have 21 every day but splurge one day on the weekend by using 30 flex points on top of the 20 and i'll still lose. Depends on what you like.
But eating only 20 a day is very low calorie and not all too healthy. I would try to stick to 23-25 and see how you like it and feel!
Good luck!

I would recommend at least going to the first week's meeting to get all your info. They give you a lot of really good stuff, like a book with points for all kinds of foods already figured out and a slide ruler so you can figure out points on pretty much anything else. Plus you'll get your ranges.
It's only like $10 if you have a coupon for no registration fee, and I think they are running summer specials anyway.
If you aren't willing to do that, go to www.weightwatchers.com and click on community. They have message boards there also, just like here, and you can ask people who are doing the program.
I did ww for 6 months before getting pregnant and lost 58 lbs. I do know a TON about the program, but most of my materials I've given away because I know I'll get new ones when I re-join.
FM me if you hvae more questions.

Another huge resource is Dotties Weight Loss Zone....if you go to the restaurant section, they list almost all major restaurants and how many points everything is....make sure to check out McDonalds!!!!!!!!

I agree with this, because there is more to the program than just following your # of points, like making sure you are eating the right balance of foods and trying different strategies, since everyone's body and metabolism is different.
