i bought my son (2.5 years old) a kitchen for christmas because he loves to sit in the kitchen with me and cook ...my FH thinks that he shouldnt be playing with kitchens but with 'boy toys ' what do you ladies think about this

i dont think there is nething wrong with it~ At that age it dosnt matter they love to copy what they see there rolemodels doing and if its cooking then so what maybe he will grow up to be a famous chef! haha :)

I think its totally fine... My Godson has something very similar to that and he LOVES it. Just because its a kitchen does not mean that its a girl toy. Look at all the famous men chefs! I'm sure they had to start somewhere...maybe playing with their sisters kitchens b/c their mom wasnt cool enough to buy them their own.
