i only ask my parents, but a few of my friends know my situation and are super sweet about offering. I always tell them it's okay and not to bother picking me up but they do anyway and i love them for that.

I once went to sushi samba, well i had 2 rolls and 1 drink, everyone else went CRAZY, my meal maybe added up to 50 dollars bc im not a sushi fan, well i spent over 200 dollars and for what? also when i was dieting i would order chicken salads or something light and id be out to dinner and others were getting filet mignon ordering bottles of wine and seriously my meal would be like $20 and then its like oh you owe $100...thats insane bc i am not paying for someone to eat filet mignon and drink wine, thats $80 saved among all of them...if money isn't adding up when we all put money in i always say here just take it and cover its not a problem, same with tip ill throw in more and i am not cheap at all but i am not paying $200 when i had a $50 meal

I'm the same way. If I'm the person that goes crazy with the food and drinks then I'll make sure I'm covering myself because it would be rude of me to assume that other people I'm eating with should have to cover my stuff. If we're all drinking eating the same stuff practically I have no problem with it.

YES THANK YOU!!! thats another great point...i am a huge seafood fan so yes sometimes when i go out to dinner ill get the seafood pasta or things like that which will be more than other meals, i know this and i will make sure i cover the whole cost of my meal and everything i drank bc although i dont go crazy at sushi places there are some places i do.
Honestly ive had problems bc of this that now i know from ahead of time how much my meal is, i include tax in my head and more than enough tip and i just throw it in before the bill comes and i avoid bs bc i say heres my share, and heres so and so amount for the tip which will help cover alot of it so this way nobody will ask lol

Id rather people not TRY to drive in Manhattan. There some people who have no business driving into the city. If youre not an aggressive driver, stay local. I think I hate SHlTTY Manhattan drivers more than the Sunday drivers that cause accidents all over the highways.
BTW, if LIweddings logs me out in the m iddle of a long post one more time, Im gonna throw my laptop. Thats another thing I hate.
