people who are affraid to drive and only drive locally.

it gets me angry. like why can I DO It and YOU cant?


Seriously...lol

that's 1 of many.

my boss just said something to a client that she doesn't drive there (oceanside) which is NOT far from Astoria...she's like i only drive locally...

it's not just her I know A LOT of people who dont drive and rely on others.

Me- i no longer offer OR SAY ill pik u up- you got your car- u meet ME (us)

if not ur missing out..

Sometimes there are reasons. I drive, but only out of pure necessity. I hate to drive! I was in 2 major accidents (car totalled or near-totalled) and was a passenger both times. The first accident was on the way home from the DMV after getting my permit. I used to shake, sweat and pretty much have minor panic attacks from it. I waited a year to take my road test (passed the first time) but then I went away to college ... I didn't get a car until the summer before law school, and only because I NEEDED one. I will still let other people drive any chance I get, and I will never drive in Manhattan.

My parents got me a GPS to plug into my car which helps a little, but dont think for a second that I'd want to be in this situation. So, while I'm just one person, next time you think 'it gets me angry. like why can I DO It and YOU cant?' that's one answer! I'm trying... And when my building's freakin parking lot door closes on my car (like it did an hour ago) it only makes things worse.

i'm in the same boat as you. i was in 2 very severe car accidents both cases the cars were totalled. i have fractured ribs and permanent injuries from these accidents and i was a passanger. the anxiety i have behind the wheel can be paralizing.
good for you for trying and doing what you can. i still don't drive, and sometimes i wonder if i ever will.

i hate all people on the road and on the trains

sometimes i wish more ppl would just drive locally bc alot of ppl dont belong on highways and there'd be less traffic...i see some ppl driving who are so scared to do anything and they are in their own worlds, they ll just stop in the middle of a street looking around and not knowing what they're doing.

I agree with you! I'd love to pull over half the drivers on the road and ask them, 'Did you see a ghost? What the hell do you look so scared for?' LOL

1) I hate it when people on LIW don't list their vendors...what are you hiding??

2) I hate the fact that my college students don't know how to:
(a) use their spellcheckers,
(b) write a correct bibliography,
(c) hand in their assignments on time yet expect me to grade everything overnight.

I'll stop here for now...

i had a friend that everytime we went out to eat she always wanted to share a plate with me, im like NOOOO im hungry i want the whole thing not half lol...and not only big things but she would ask to split even a gyro and im like no im not eating JUST half a gyro but she never wanted to spend money lol

I have 2 friends who were like that... one would go out, not order anything and then eat off of everyones plates. She had no $$$ though so we'd usually just let it slide. Another friend never orders anything anywhere because she doesn't eat... sometimes we'll offer her stuff hoping she will (and sometimes she gives in) but then she'll go to the bathroom after dinner

sorry i have a list- long week lol-

i hate people that talk loud on their cell- w t f do i need to hear your conversation?

i hate cheap people- i.e.- your out to dinner and instead of everyone just throwing money in, they have to add up their part

& finally I hate people that break car windows & dont steal the car- some mofo broke my window of my car last night and since i'm selling it- it would have been like a million times easier if the person stole it

sometimes everyone putting in equally isnt fair though lol i just have to say that...i am a person who will even put in for others if ASKED but the whole throwing in the same amount can get onmy nerves.

I once went to sushi samba, well i had 2 rolls and 1 drink, everyone else went CRAZY, my meal maybe added up to 50 dollars bc im not a sushi fan, well i spent over 200 dollars and for what? also when i was dieting i would order chicken salads or something light and id be out to dinner and others were getting filet mignon ordering bottles of wine and seriously my meal would be like $20 and then its like oh you owe $100...thats insane bc i am not paying for someone to eat filet mignon and drink wine, thats $80 saved among all of them...if money isn't adding up when we all put money in i always say here just take it and cover its not a problem, same with tip ill throw in more and i am not cheap at all but i am not paying $200 when i had a $50 meal

oh yeah i also went to a place not too long ago and had to put in $350, the thing is ppl go crazy with drinks and i dont drink much and never drink wine...so they ordered bottles of wine, bottles of sake and i had none...if my meal is $350 and i ate and drank that much worth then i have no problem at all

The only person in this world I don't mind sharing my food with is FH....from the beginning I never got annoyed. Anyone else, even family, I get so angry! lol Another way to prove this is love! lol

YES that is what she does! So annoying! I don't eat very much but I enjoy taking my food home and having it later or the next day. Oh and then I do have half my food leftover she just assumes its for her.
