depends on if it is a short or long skirt short goes up and long goes down!

At the renaissance faire a lot of men wear kilts. And you know what, they realised how it easy it is, especially if they had one too many... So why bother unzipping the darn thing and slidding it down on those nasty dirty public bathroom. Pull it up. Its so much easier and cleaner too!
