NWR: Where and how many times did you take the road test

I'm sorry for all of these NWR'S, but I want to know where you all took your road test and how many times you had to take it before you passed..I'm having trouble with the Starett City site in Brooklyn, I failed twice!

i failed in Brooklyn but then i passed at Cunningham Park - i heard the Cunningham park one was the easiest VERY wide streets .

where exactly is cunningham park? Long island? Do you know the zip code....I'm so fri ggin desperate! I actually have a free car riding on this, i'm tired of taking the subway

I passed on the first try. I took it in Bayside

brentwood passed it on the first shot.. perfect score!! and i took it in a mini van!! just becarefull thres a one way street and they tell you to make the next available turn (which is the one way) so you need to keep your eyes open for that!

I took mine all the way out in Patchogue and passed on the first try.

Long Island Expwy to Francis Lewis Blvd exit, make a right. At 73rd Av make a left turn. Second light make a right (Hollis Hills Terr). Site is on the right.

i took it in smithtown, passed on 2nd try (about 17 years ago LOL)!!!!!!!!!!!

What made you make such a drastic move from taking it in brooklyn to taking it in queens?

I'm so jealous of u guys that only took it once!

me too! I took it a week before FH and i failed and CRIED for the rest of the day and he kept trying to tell me it wasnt a big deal

THEN HE FAILED a week later ( he was already driving on his own every day at that point -he just hit the curb) so i tried to tell him it wasnt a big deal but he did NOT want to hear that

my driver's ed was based in a brooklyn school even though we actually drove in howard beach.

so when i failed, my dad felt bad for me so he paid for three lessons with a driving school and they were located in Queens AND i took it in their car.

the car wouldnt start - i had to try about three times and was hysterically crying the whole test. . . but i drove perfectly! and the lady SCREAMED at the instructor she felt bad for me - probably only reason i passed!

i took mine in freeport, and got a perfect test!!! Not one comment or points off 100%

my sister on the other hand passed by the skin of her teeth she got 30 points off but still got a 70 wich is passing

omg dont! i am tell you - FH is the best driver! He was a valet and delivered pizzas and even drove for a hardware store and HE failed the first time too! it is just nerves!
