Are we praying for a snow day tomorrow or whhhhhhhat?! I am going to do a little dance to the Snow Gods!!!
If not, tomorrow is Pajama day for my class. We are talking about hibernation this week.

Oh, did any districts pre-emptively close?
A complete snow day would be a disaster for my 5th grade All-County kiddies. . .if Oceanside is closed but RVC (where the rehearsals are being held) is still open, my kids have to find their own way to rehearsal at 4 pm. I'll take a delay, but no closing!!!!

I am an NYC teacher so I will be there.....I will have a lot of kids missing though, a lot are not well and have wheelchairs , and they come from all over queens and count on buses that can't be counted on...better for them to stay home anyway. I feel bad for them in this weather.

Thats cute! I am babysitting, I am going to tell my little cousins to do that, then at least they will have a shot!

Oh god I know!!!!! There will be a major snowstorm and I'll have like 4 kids in my class, but we'll have work in NYC!!
With three teaching days left until the ELA test, I'm happy we won't have a snow day!
i did consider that, but then i thought PRACTICE TEST

LOL!!! Im sooooo going to do that and pray its over 1 ft of snow so they close NYC schools.... Ive neverrrrrrr had a snow day... when would they close city schools???
