I feel so weird... I absoutely LOVE you guys and as I'm making more and more of a connection, Im saddened that I'm not REALLY an '08 bride... though I refuse to leave this board. I want to share with all of you.
(you never realize the comfort strangers can bring... it makes me feel positive about this world, you know?)

I love learning about all of you... so here is some of me..

haha I was selling mirrors like these at a street fair for 15 bucks and NO ONE BOUGHT THEM!!!

FSIL does a similar type of painting on frames, vases, etc... it's so intricate and detailed - which I totally appreciate!!!

I LOVE the last one!

that is my FAVORITE painting!!! (Jack Vettriano) I painte it for my mother for mother's day one year...

I'm actually going to use his work for my invitations...

i went to a wedding in november, and a friend of the groom painted a portrait of the couple for them as a gift, well the FH had it done as a surprise for her, he gave the artist a pic of them...They ended up using it by the entrance of their RH, it was beautiful.

If you need extra money, offer your services on here, tell girls you'll do paintings for them, girls can give you the pictures. I know many girls, myself included, would LOVE something like that.

Thats if youre interested of course

I would LOVE to do that... but I'm not very good at painting PEOPLE. The Jack Vettriano [painting was easy b/c it was ALREADY a painting and I'm very good at copying things... Sketching is easier for me. My SISTER, on the other hand (LIBrideinBWI) is amazing.. she can draw and paint people to a T...

I guess I could try, I just wouldnt feel comfortable someone paying me when I'm not confident in the finished result. Then again, I am my own worst critic...
