that always seems to happen to me. at least they have a little shelter when I pump my own gas

which is why with the prices being what they are, i just go to a full serviceplace and tell myself that 1.50 of each gallon pays for the man pumping it...it's a simple lie, but it eases my mind.

haha...not quite. at the highest, close to $80....i feel awful for my MIL, she has a full-sized suburuban....she was at $75+ BEFORE the prices totally skyrocketed...yikes!

but back to the point...pumping in the rain stinks.

The worst gas story I have....I was on my way home to pick something up...and was gonna get gas decided you know what lemme grab this and then go and get gas on my way. Well I could literally walk to the gas station it's so close. In the time I ran home, grabbed what I needed (didn't even turn my car off) and left, the gas price had went up 10 cents. I was like dude I just drove by, and he was like sorry prices change. I was so pissed!!!

I'm the same way! I try to remember before I leave home b/c the Town of Huntington has a law that there are to be no self service gas stations! YAY!!!!!!! But I almost always forget and by the time I get to FH house or work (both in Plainview) I have to pump it myself.
