NWR- Why can't I find a pair of jeans

Original post by FormerlyKnownAsQ

Does anyone have this same problem? All these clothing companies need to realize that girls in this country are not a size 2 and don't need their jeans to be slim fit.

I have a problem with length also! I'm 4'11' and even the petite, ankle, short, etc. jeans don't fit!! I am short and curvy and have so much trouble finding jeans. I haven't bought express jeans in years because the last time I did, they changed the sizing. Maybe I should give them a shot.

Q- I second Gap jeans. I have a few pairs that I love.

YOU SHOULD BUY A PAIR FOR THE FIT- AND THEN GET THEM TAILORED- ITS $8 OR SO BUT SOO WORTH IT
I JUST SPENT GOOD MONEY ON JEANS THAT ARE LONG ON ME AND IM GETTING THEM HEMMED. AS LONG AS THEY MAKE YOU FEEL GOOD. THE LENGTH CAN BE FIXED EASY!

I highly recommend rock n republic jeans they are very flattering.

$$$ though, aren't they?

yeah, they can be like $200+

I could NEVER spend that much money on jeans...not to knock anyone that does, but Express and $59 is good enough for me...though I do covet some of the fades, rinses, and washes of the $$ jeans....

I have a few pairs of the pricey jeans...and now that I can wear jeans to work everyday, they make up a big part of my wardrobe. So, I think they're worth the $$. A pair I bought 3 years ago is still in great condition and I love wearing them.

I love my Citizens of Humanity jeans...they're good for gals with curves.

I have a few pairs of citizens but unfortuntely I don't fit in them at this moment. I refuse to spend $$$$ on jeans when I know I will be losing weight.

I just bought three pairs of the new Express jeans - they are the only jeans that really fit me! (and continue to fit after I wash them!)

I LOVE them

I love Blue Cult and the original Hippie Jeans...except the Hippie's are impossible to find practically. Both have a nice fit. Low but not asscrack low...and fit nice around the booty without being big at the waist. Good Luck.
