I weighed in last night after my first week of the Points Plus program and I lost 4.0 lbs!!! I have about 27 more to go. I really like this new program.

Congratulations! I lost 15 on the old plan and I cheated all last week so I don't know for sure how I feel about the new plan. I keep forgetting how many points I have to use and then I panic every time I enter in a food that has a higher pp value than I expect!

I lost 40 pounds six years ago on WW. It really is great. WIth the regular point system, I always felt hungry. With this new Points Plus, I actually feel full. I like this new program so much better.

agreed! You will still lose weight but you definitely never go hungry on this new plan. I have yet to feel like I haven't had enough to eat and I am still staying at my allowed points for the day. I only dig into the weekly extra very little during the week and save them for the weekend.
