Fruit & Veggies are ZERO points!!!!! =-)
Technically ANYTHING that has more Fiber/Protein has LESS (or none) points value... and Food with more Carbs/Fat have higher value points... But it works out REALLY GOOD!!!
Everyone gets 29pts & 43 Free for the WEEK! =-)
I did GOOD last week... On the weekend I used all of my Xtra points and eat TONS of pasta & Desserts.. and I still LOST weight! Even though i am not doing exercise bc I am sick =-(

Wow I like the fact that all fruit and veggies are zero pnts! I used to hate using points for those! I'm assuming you still have to use pnts for potatoes and beans though right?

Damn that sucks, I also noticed you said everyone gets 29 pnts. So it doesn't go by your weight and age anymore as a deciding factor of your pt allowance?

Online Access, Meetings... It is reallty goood!!! All the Motivation u get in the meetings!!!! =-) And I LOVEEE the tracking of the points in the Website! it is easier than doing it by paper only...
Crashing just for a minute, not everyone gets 29 points plus value but is a very common amount that people get, 29 is the minimum of points plus values that a person can get, it is determined based on your age, height, and weight and you get an extra 49 points plus for the week.
