So a co-worker is having a birthday party for her child. She made invitations, apparently, with a pic on them of her cute kid. Then she showed me the invite so I could see the cute pic of her kid but didn't let me KEEP the invite (more than sort of implying that I am not invited!) and went directly into another co-workers office and gave her the invite for the kid's party! I never received an invite!
What kind of etiquette is that?

that's really weird... totally rude!! just look at it this way though... how much fun are little kids birthday parties??
