NWR: Work Vent

Okay so i gave notice last week and was told (jokingly) that I need to fill all of my positions before I leave (I'm a recruiter)... so since giving notice I have filled 5 positions - which you would think my manager would be thrilled... NOPE! I have 2 more that I am done with and ready to make an offer and she keeps delaying me and holding me up. She said there's no need to rush and that she's worried that the work isn't thorough enough -- I'm sorry, but recruiting isn't rocet science and checking references shouldn/t take that long - especially if you get the person on the phone right away... I just feel like I'm dammed if I do, dammed if I don't... good thing I'm leaving...

Plus, I think it's all about her - that she thinks I'm making her look bad... I had three fills this week and she didnt have any.... just petty!
