Hi everyone. I was trying to get an idea if companies are working on this Monday or not? or if maybe your office was closing early? Please let me know the company and what you are doing on the Monday before The Fourth of July...Thanks

I work in a corporate travel office in the city. The fashion accounts I work on are closed Monday but we still have to be here. How stupid is that???

off on Monday and Tuesday yay!! They are company holidays that they give us..we get a set amount each year, and they tell us when we are off.

off on Monday & Tuesday, and probably get to leave early on Friday. But FH has to work monday and tuesday. He almost never gets a holiday off.

I am working on Monday (hopefully they will let us out early though, but I will not know until that day), and I am off on Tuesday.
FH has to work both Monday and Tuesday <-- I feel SO bad for him!

My company is open Monday (we're an advertising agency) but we have early deadlines, so hopefully we'll be out by 3 and we have tuesday off.

I was planning on taking a vacation day already. But now they decided to close the office and are making everyone use a vacation day for it. So I am off Friday, Monday and Tuesday.

NOPE...I have to work but the office will let some people leave alittle early......then we are off on tues. I leave work at 3pm anyway so it doesnt matter to me.

he gives me the while we're gone speech (he and my other boss/his wife are going to hong kong for 2 weeks) and says 'ah, the 4th we close the office. you can take day off.'
TODAY:
'the office is closed monday and tuesday....you get saturday, sunday, monday and tuesday!'
don't get me wrong, i'm thrilled...but it's just like, geez, tell me the first time!!!

my last day is friday june 30th and then i am off until july10th... we get two paid vacas each year where the whole office shuts down. the other starts about three days before xmas eve and lasts until two or three days after new years day!
