NWR: Worse day...cried all the way home

Today was the worse day i have ever had at home. I almost cried twice while at my desk and as soon as i said goodnight and was out the door i cried all the way to my car and all the way home. I work with the most horrible people who just start rumors and talk crap about everyone.

FH and I just got our new place on the island so i can finally move and i am now hunting for my new job. I would have left this job yesterday if i could. My resume is going out to everyone. Is anyone looking for a new employee? I am so afraid to give my 2 weeks without a new job because i dont want to be totally broke...but my stress level is going through the roof.

Im sorry you had a horrible day. You should start looking now for a job there is no reason you have to put up with that..

I'm sorry..i know what your going through though..im in the process of finding another job also..good luck to you..and i hope everything works out

finding something is so hard. I currently live in westchester and FH is in our apartment on the island. SO i pay rent for an apartment im in 2 days a week and i hate my job. I sent out a few resumes...i am hoping to get a response really soon.

I have my degree in Human Resource Management but for the past five years i have been doing customer service and also just administrative work.

I live in Ossining....

FM me... maybe I can help. I'm a recruiter. Mostly temporary positions and temp to perm... but I might be able to give you some leads.

And don't get discouraged, it's always slow around this time for hiring. Keep doing what you're doing and sending out your resumes.

Sorry u r going through this. People are just mean!

There's nothing worse than working around people who are jerks and hating your job. At least u know this will end soon. I would try a temp agency just to get out of there.

People stink, sorry you are going through this. I don't understand why offices have to be like high school all over again. People need to get over themselves.

I'm really sorry this is happening. I've been there also...not easy trying to focus when you hate going to work. I currently work in Westchester and live on Long Island and HATE the commute. I hope you find something near your apartment on LI very soon.
