I use Olivio spray, but I'm sure the stats are the same for both. 5 sprays = zero calories = no points.

More than that? Here's an article from Hungry Girl all about it! Butter Sprays

HTH!

Argh...clearly I didn't thoroughly read your question.

I try to stick to only 5 - 10 sprays, this way it's zero points.

If I use more (like, 20, when making 'grilled cheese' or something) then I count it as a point.

This is what I go by.....I found it on the WW message boards a couple of years ago:

5 sprays (1 gram) (4/.4)
12.5 sprays (2.5 grams) (10/1)
25 sprays (1 teaspoon)(5 grams) (20/2)
37.5 sprays (7.5 grams) (30/3)
75 sprays (1 tablespoon)(15 grams) (60/6)
1/4 cup (4 tablespoons) (60 grams) (240/24)
1/2 cup (8 tablespoons) (120 grams)(480/48)
3/4 cup (12 tablespoons) (180 grams)(720/72)
1 cup, (1 8-oz bottle) (240 grams)(960/96)

ETA: remember, a SERVING is zero points. Not the whole bottle! Think of it as melted butter
