Accept but put a lot of restrictions on what she/he can see or not see. I did that with my co-workers!

Just leave it alone. Don't hit ignore and maybe they will think that you never go on facebook.

If you were going to approve - I would make sure it's not on company....where I work FB = Final Written Warning

i do not add any co-workers or family members...i don't care who you are how close i am to you...its a rule of mine. if someone tries to add me, i explain my rule to them!

Unless I am actual friends with someone I work with, I will not friend you on FB. I had a bunch of people on my friends list (like managers and stuff like that) but I went through and deleted them all and put major restrictions on my FB page.

So to answer your question - definitely ignore it.

Ignore it for a little bit.. I still have 4 people 'pending' that I don't really wanna add. But if you do add him then I would DEFINATELY put major restrictions on your page
