DH and I are talking about redoing our kitchen in the next few weeks. Our (old-came-with-the-house) dishwasher has been leaking and it seems to be getting under the tile, so we're going to re-tile and get a new dishwasher. In the meantime, I'm trying to also talk him into getting a new refrigerator and oven as I know a lot of places do specials if you buy multiple appliances.
So tell me........where did you buy yours????

We got our new washer and dryer from Home Depot... but I know PCRichards will usually negotiate.

We had Home Depot renovate our entire kitchen... what a mistake!!
The end result looks really nice, but they charged an arm and a leg, took forever, did shoddy workmanship on the electricity, and the list goes on!

parents just redid our entire kitchen and got all the stainless appliances from Sears (microwave, stove, dishwasher and fridge) and I think they give you a discount when you buy all of them
Although, my sis and BIL swear by PC Rirchards because they can negotiate much more than sears.
I would pick out a brand or set that you like then call around to home depot, sears, and pc richards

I'd love to do this, but we certainly don't have the funds. Besides, we're not redoing countertops or cabinets. DH will do the tile himself (or maybe with his dad or a friend) and then we just need to put in the appliances.

Home Depot or Sears. My parents always went to those 2 stores and never had problems
I hate PC Richards after our Wall Oven fiasco in June. I will never get anything from there again.

fh used to work for the sears appliance outlet in west babylon. his brother got all his appliances there. all the stuff there has bumps and scratches, but they're priced accordingly. and a lot of them have the bumps and stuff in the back or on the side, where you wont really see them.
my parents buy everything from pc richards, my fathers friends with the #1 salesmen in the state (he works in the commack store)...

i heard ikea sells some kitchen appliances and they do the whole kitchen.
