so i tried this new yogurt this morning, yoplait low fat thick and creamy, and it's GOOD!!!, only 100 calories and it really is thicker and creamier (almost greek yogurt consistency) than the regular low fat low calorie yogurts!
did i mention it is 0 total fat?
it's like i found diet breakfast/snack god!
cept i have no idea if it really is healthier haha, but i'd like to think so!
