Krisch's was originally founded in 1920 in Bayridge, Brooklyn. In the late 1920s, Krisch's closed due to the depression. However, in the mid 1930s the store re-opened in Hollis, Queens (right). It remained there until 1955 when it was moved to its' current home in Massapequa.
I work there on the weekends ... so trust me I would suggest it! Its always packed so don't go when you are in a rush!
