nwr...does anyone know of a

hotel in montauk dh and i can go to? we want to get away for the weekend..even though its off season. i heard gurney's is nice..but does anyone have any other suggestions? we want to go this weekend coming up..TIA!!!

I stayed at the Ocean Beach Resort last summer and loved it. Right on the beach, every room has a balcony and it's close to town and all the bars. I walked to the bakery every morning to get jelly croisounts (a Montauk specialty, you have to try them). They even have an indoor pool if it rains, God forbid!

Gurney's is beautiful but very expensive. Ocean Beach is more reasonable.

Another nice place is the Sun and Sound, my parents stay there every summer. It's not close to the town but it's close to Gosman's Dock, which is really cute.

Have fun, I'm jealous, Montauk is my favorite spot on earth!
